Episode 8.3
Lavinia warns Rita to stay away from Jack because he's probably just befriending her to get inside information on Lavinia's activities. She reminds Rita that Dorina and her band are the enemy.
Oman is dismayed to learn that Gary has been courting Dorina.
Jack calls Rita and invites her to the band's next rehearsal; she excuses herself by saying she has promised to accompany Barbara somewhere. She apologizes for Barbara's behavior the other night, and Jack says it's only natural for her family to be concerned since they love her.
Larry enters a restaurant and spots Nico in the process of making a deal with Mr. Espiritu, an advertiser. He intercepts the advertiser and offers Lavinia as an endorser for the same price as Dorina.
Zossimo, Dorina, and Gary look for Rosamia at the bar and get her Malate address from one of the staff.
Barbara suggests that they hire Oscar to print bad publicity about Dorina. Lavinia tells her it's better to wait, because a scandal for Dorina at this point will hardly cause a stir -- after all, she's still a nobody.
Zossimo, Dorina, and Gary find Rosamia's home. Although she is initially unwelcoming, she eventually invites them in after Zossimo offers P50,000 to buy one of her songs.
Adora completes her marketing and climbs into a cab only to find herself face to face with Emilio! He grabs her before she can escape and demands to know where his daughter is. She lies and says she left the baby in front of Club 100 when he did not return right away. When Emilio is momentarily distracted by a policeman, Adora escapes.
Inside her home, Rosamia asks Dorina if they've met, and learns that Dorina was the fan she had accidentally pushed some time ago outside LaCalma. Rosamia apologizes to Dorina again, and accepts Zossimo's offer to coach Dorina on the proper way to sing the song she had composed for P3000 per session. Dorina is thrilled.
A panicked Adora returns home and tells Minda about her encounter with Emilio. Minda calms her down by saying Emilio has no idea where she lives.
Emilio is upset with himself for letting Adora slip away.
Mr. Espiritu advises a frustrated Larry that his boss still prefers Dorina for their upcoming ad, even though Larry further lowers his price.
Zossimo, Dorina, and Gary share news of their successful meeting with Nico. He also shares his good news with them -- Dorina will be the new endorser of Jollibee.
Gary escorts Dorina home, and asks her not to tell the band about her commercial for now. She doesn't notice Oman watching her and Gary from his window.
Adora reveals her new curly hairstyle to a surprised Dorina. Bencho says it looks like a dead poodle is on top of Adora's head. Adora reveals that it's just a wig, which she got because she wants a new look. Dorina shares the good news that she's got a new commercial with jollibee.
As Rosamia performs "Dito Ba?" at the bar, she can't help but remember her happier days with Emilio and their baby Emilia Rose.
Later, Rosamia crosses an intersection right in front of Emilio's cab! Their eyes meet briefly through the windshield, then Rosamia quickly walks away. Emilio tries to follow her but the light has changed and he is forced to stay in the cab.
